Manuscript Preparation and Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that contribute to the scientific objectives of the International Multidisciplinary Conference on Science, Education, Technology, and Innovation. All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the official conference formatting and editorial guidelines and submitted through the designated submission channel within the announced deadlines. Submissions will be subject to a double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, scientific validity, and adherence to international academic and ethical standards.

Key Requirements

• Manuscripts must be written in English or French.

• Submissions should represent original research and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

• Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of content, references, and formatting prior to submission.

Review and Publication

All submitted manuscripts will be evaluated by qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant fields. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference (onsite or online) to be eligible for publication.

Accepted and presented manuscripts will be:

• Published as preprints with DOI assignment, and

• Included in the peer-reviewed Conference Proceedings with full metadata and international academic visibility.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are honored to invite you to participate in the International Multidisciplinary Conference on Science, Education, Technology, and Innovation, to be held on March 5, 2026, in a hybrid international format.

The conference will be academically coordinated with onsite and online participation from Baku (Azerbaijan), Tbilisi (Georgia), and Istanbul (Türkiye), bringing together scholars, researchers, educators, and professionals from diverse disciplines to engage in meaningful academic exchange.

This international forum aims to address contemporary global challenges, promote sustainable development, and encourage interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research solutions in the context of ongoing societal, economic, environmental, technological, psychological, and media transformations shaping the modern world.

Participants are invited to submit original research papers, share innovative ideas, and contribute to high-level scholarly dialogue through keynote sessions, oral and poster presentations, and thematic discussions. All accepted and presented articles will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and will be published in the official Conference Proceedings, with DOI assignment and international academic visibility.

All manuscripts accepted for presentation at the conference undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and academic integrity. Following acceptance, each article is published online as a preprint version prior to the release of the official Conference Proceedings.

Each preprint is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring permanent accessibility, stable citation, and international scholarly visibility. The DOI enables authors to reference their work immediately, facilitates citation tracking, and supports early dissemination of research findings within the global academic community.

Preprint publication serves to:

• Provide early and open access to peer-reviewed research

• Establish intellectual priority and authorship

• Enhance research visibility and academic impact

• Enable citation and indexing ahead of final proceedings publication

Preprints are published in accordance with international editorial and publication ethics, including transparency, authorship responsibility, and plagiarism prevention. The content of preprints corresponds to the final accepted version of the manuscript and may undergo minor editorial formatting prior to inclusion in the official Conference Proceedings.

The final, fully edited versions of all accepted and presented articles will subsequently be published in the peer-reviewed Conference Proceedings, with full metadata, citation information, and long-term archiving.
