    Manuscript Guidelines

    When submitting your work, please include the following:

    • A synopsis and the complete manuscript

    • Word count (of complete manuscript)

    • Genre and target audience

    • Author’s full name and contact details

    • Relevant information about the author (biography, affiliations, etc.)

    📑 Please send all materials for review as a single Word document or PDF file.

    Electronic Version Requirements

    • Submit the manuscript as one file only (not separated by chapters or sections).

    • Use Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

    • Font: Times New Roman, size 12pt.

    Our Publishing Process

    Once your submission is received, it is reviewed by an editor who will assess the content, subject matter, and suitability for publication under one of our imprints.

    If the editor considers the work to be appropriate for our publishing program, we will extend an offer of publication, either under:

    • A traditional publishing contract, or

    • A hybrid publishing contract, depending on the nature and scope of the work.

    This process ensures that all accepted works meet IMCRA’s academic and ethical publishing standards while providing authors with clear and transparent publishing pathways.
