Publication Ethics Policies
Publication Ethics Policies
Overview
Welcome to the Publication Ethics Policies of IMCRA Publishing Company.
At IMCRA Publishing Company, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of research and publication integrity. Our ethics policies are designed to ensure accuracy, transparency, fairness, and inclusivity in all aspects of scholarly publishing.
These policies are aligned with internationally recognized best practice guidelines, including those of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), and other leading organizations in academic publishing.
We strongly encourage authors to review and follow these ethical guidelines when preparing their manuscripts for submission. Likewise, we expect our journal editors and reviewers to apply these standards throughout the editorial and peer review process.
Submissions that do not comply with IMCRA Publishing Company’s ethical standards cannot be considered for publication. If, at any stage, published articles are found to fall short of these requirements, IMCRA Publishing Company will take appropriate action in accordance with our corrections and retractions policies, which may include issuing a correction, expression of concern, or retraction.
By working together to maintain these standards, we ensure that IMCRA publications remain a reliable, respected, and trusted source of academic knowledge worldwide.
Declaration of Conflicting Interests
IMCRA Publishing Company follows the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) regarding the declaration of conflicts of interest by authors, reviewers, and editors.
A conflict of interest is defined as any financial, professional, or personal relationship—direct or indirect—that could influence the design, conduct, interpretation, or assessment of the research submitted for publication.
Authors are required to declare all relevant interests that occurred within the five years prior to the commencement of the research. However, if earlier interests may have influenced the work, these must also be disclosed. Reviewers and editors must likewise declare any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality during the review and editorial decision-making process.
Transparency in declaring potential conflicts of interest ensures trust, fairness, and integrity across the publishing process at IMCRA Publishing Company.
